Unlike other recruitment/head hunting firms we are more concerned about you as an individual than the fee we will be earning by placing you. We do not send our clients dozens of CVs for each mandate they award us. We will sometimes only send two or three for each role. This means that for the roles that we speak to you about, you will be highly suited and therefore you should be highly confident of progressing through to the next stage.
